ELIGIBILITY
All teens! Must have proof of age. (Drivers license, drivers permit, birth certificate or school IDs are acceptable forms of proof of age)

ENTRY FORMS AND FEES

• Teen entries fee $20.00 per teen for Ultimate Teen Challenge. Entries and fees MUST be received by Mail or through PayPal by May 20th.
• Note: If you miss this deadline, you may still sign up but will need to bring your forms and payment on the day of the event at May 25th, by 8:00am at the registration area. If you miss the mail-in deadline, please email us at info@anglesteenchallenge.com so we can have you on the list of those participating. Payments can be made by: Check, Money order or through PayPal.

• When mailing your payment checks or money order, enclose a copy of your entry forms.
• If making your entry paying by PayPal, make your payment to: Sales@KurtAngleTNA.net
• Include in the reference area: Your Name, Phone Number and Email Address so we can contact you directly.
• Teen participants must have one form of age: a copy of birth certificate, driver’s license or school ID.

SCORING SYSTEM
The Reps and Times from each Event will be totaled for an Overall Score. The Best Overall wins the competition. Individual scores are based on competitor’s weight.
